Your Order Cancellation Rights

The deadline for cancellation is 30 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party (not the carrier) takes possession of the product.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the order, with no fees incurred.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Goods must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
Goods must be in their original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned include:
Personalized or custom-made products.
Goods unsuitable for return due to health, hygiene, or expiry concerns.
Goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Items inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions. Sale items are non-refundable, unless required by law.

Gifts
If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the returned item.
If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
